DCX Pay is a non-custodial cryptocurrency payment processing platform. We provide the infrastructure for merchants to accept crypto payments. We do not hold, custody, or control any user funds. All transactions are processed on-chain by the respective blockchain networks.

3. Fees

DCX Pay uses monthly subscription pricing based on account volume tiers. Plan details are shown on our pricing page and may be updated over time with notice.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service for:

• Illegal activities, including money laundering or terrorist financing
• Fraudulent transactions or chargebacks circumvention schemes
• Sale of prohibited goods or services under applicable law
• Any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law

5. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that blockchain transactions will be processed within any specific timeframe. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible; we are not responsible for funds sent to incorrect addresses.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DCX Pay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or crypto assets, arising from your use of the Service.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
